THIS PUBLICATION IS FIRST A NEWSMAGAZINE ABOUT
          THE INFORMATION SUPERHIGHWAY AND SECONDLY, IT
          IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THE
          INFORMATION SUPERHIGHWAY.  So, we want articles
          that relate to both the INTERNET and the rest
          of the world in relation to the Information
          Superhighway and the future.  AND WE ARE
          LOOKING FOR CONTRIBUTORS.
          
          The Information Superhighway and this kind of
          publication is the most important new
          development since the beginning of this great
          nation because this is one publication that
          will not be influenced by large corporations,
          the media, the politicians, special interest
          groups, political parties, or anyone else.
          This country needs a central source of
          information that is completely unbiased and
          whose only mission is to increase the awareness
          of its readers in order to prepare for a better
          country.
          
          Please respond to our poll in one way or
          another because it's the most Democratic thing
          you can do in a country sorely in need of more
          democracy.  The Congress votes the way they are
          influenced to vote by their parties, their
          cronies and their contributors.  We are here to
          devise a better way of getting the majority
          opinion of ordinary citizens like you turned
          into Federal Law.  Why not?  This is REAL
          DEMOCRACY.
          
          In future issues of the National People's Poll,
          we'll be bringing you information on how we are
          using the Computer Networks more and more to
          allow the people make the laws of the land.
          There is a movement building and even several
          Congressmen have joined it.  We want to use the
          Information Superhighway to gather the
          collective wisdom of the ordinary, middle class
          citizen, form it into Propositions that are
          debated on the Networks and then voted on
          directly by the People, thus by-passing the
          tedious, lazy, ineffective, corrupted, methods
          of the past.  We don't want to overthrow the
          government.  We want only to give it a hand.
          If you love America and the American Dream,
          please support it by giving it your two cents'
          worth.  It's more than anyone else will give
          you!
          
          Express Your Opinion regarding all the latest
          and Hottest topics in Politics, Sports,
          Entertainment.  Give your opinion regarding
          LATE BREAKING STORIES such as Tonya Harding,
          Michael Jackson, Bill Clinton, Rush Limbaugh,
          even ELVIS and other celebrities MAKING THE
          NEWS OF THE DAY.
          
          The purpose of this National People's Poll is
          to give us all a better understanding of the
          great American General Consensus on any given
          issue.  Then, we intend to make use of this
          information for better planning and development
          of future programs for this great nation.  How
          many of us wanted to see Tonya Harding punished
          or at least tried in a court of law for her
          alleged crime?  How many of us want to see
          convicted murderers put to death for their
          crimes?  How many of us would like to see the
          truth regarding WhiteWater?  How many of us
          would like to see the laws changed regarding
          the national debt or the balanced budget?  How
          many of us would like to know the truth
          regarding the Michael Jackson affair?  How many
          of us would like to see changes in the Welfare
          System?  What kind of changes?  How many of us
          would like to see changes in the Income Tax
          system of this country?  What kind of changes?
          Most importantly, how many of us believe
          everything the News Media tells us about any of
          these news items of the day?  We will attempt
          to answer these and many other IMPORTANT as
          well as the LESS IMPORTANT controversies of the
          Day.
