Schematic Plus Version 0.3

Place sch.ini in your windows directory.
Place all .cmp files to a path of your choice.
Change Library Path [from within program] to the path of these .cmp files.

Place nodes on grid squares of even 6 [also 0].  The snap is
set up at 6 so failure to place nodes here, [i.e. on 0,37 instead of 0,36]
will cause a misalignment in nodes.

The main purpose of this program is to create metafiles for use in reports or
other files.  I plan to later add printing.

Use left button in placing and right in rotating.  Click on component to
move it.  Wires are CTRL-W.
