DES Encryption File Readme

This file provides DES encryption capabilities to PC Tools 2.0
for Windows File Manager, Encrypt and Backup.  Copy this file
to the System subdirectory under the directory where PC Tools
2.0 for Windows is installed.  By default this directory is
C:\CPS\SYSTEM.

Restart Windows and the DES option will appear for encryption.
