   As the exclusive copyright holder for PC-TAX90 PC-*.* Shareware authorizes
   distribution of the Shareware version of the PC-TAX90 package by the above
   listed activities subject to the following restrictions.

   The PC-TAX90 package is defined as containing all the files listed below:

   MTXSCHA  M90   MTXSCHB  M90   MTXSCHC  M90   MTXSCHD  M90   MTXSCHE  M90
   MTXSCHF  M90   MTXSCHR  M90   MTXSCHSE M90   MTXTRANS M90   MTXWSSS  M90
   RAMTAX90 BAT   MISCINFO TXT

   If any files listed are missing, then the package is not complete and may
   not be distributed.  The PC-TAX90 package - including all related program
   files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and must be
   distributed as a complete package.  The complete package may be distributed
   as a single compressed file (ZIP, LZH, ARC, etc.) or as a self-extracting
   EXE file.  Please use the filename PCT901 for any compressed or self-
   extracting file.

   No price or other compensation may be charged for the PC-TAX90 package.  A
   distribution cost may be charged for the cost of the diskette and shipping
   and handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed $5.00.

   Any person or activity furnished a copy of the PC-TAX90 package MUST be
   made aware that the Shareware version of PC-TAX90 package is ONLY for
   evaluation, and that PC-*.* Shareware has not received any royalties or
   payment for the product.  Any person receiving a copy of the PC-TAX90
   package MUST be made aware that he or she does not become a registered user
   until PC-*.* Shareware has received payment for registration of the
   software.  This requirement can be met by including the complete PC-TAX90
   package, which contains the appropriate registration information.

   The PC-TAX89 package and versions for 1983 thru 1988 are obsolete.
   All files relating to these versions should be deleted except for
   files relating to any IRS tax return you may have submitted using
   the PC-TAX8* program for any of these years.
