BOUNCER, a memory resident gremlin, by Alan Meiss

BOUNCER, once run, will lurk in a computer's memory and bounce about the
screen, scrambling letters as he moves over them.  Hitting Alt-LeftShift-
B will pop up a control panel that lets you determine whether the bouncer
is visible and/or well behaved.  Have fun!
