                                BEERWARE


     BeerWare originated two years ago on the lofty premise that
     users would much rather send us beer for our programs than
     money.

     Boy were we stupid.

     It seems that users are far more protective of their beer
     than their wallets.  We didn't get a single drop of the
     precious stuff, although we got plenty of excuses.

     So, rather than be selfish about it, we simply decided to
     redefine the BeerWare concept...so, without further ado,
     here it is:


     Beerware is a lot like ShareWare, only different.  In
     order to register your BeerWare program, just kick back and
     drink a cold beer in honor of the programmers.  As the cool
     suds refresh your parched throat, think to yourself, "Gee,
     this is really great" (Note:  Do not do this if you are
     drinking Keystone beer, as this may be viewed as encouraging
     a stupid advertising campaign.)


     Next, fill out a postcard and tell us how much you really
     enjoyed the beer.  Then, mail it to us, using the address
     provided in the program documentation.  Your Registration
     keycode will arrive at your door shortly.

     Or, if you can't seem to find one of those 19-Cent Postcard
     stamps, give us a call, courtesy of The Razor's Edge BBS at
     (617) 786-8282.  Just leave a message to us in the
     IguanaSoft Conference, and we'll have a keycode for you
     within 24 hours.

     If you haven't figured it out yet, this all means that
     registration is free.  All we require is that you get in
     touch with us, congratulate us, worship the ground we walk
     on, etc.  Nothing too big.

     Honestly, though, we at IguanaSoft would love to hear from
