This is yet another in the series of tile sets for Mahjongg v. 3.3
and above by Nels Anderson.  This one is simply a bunch of patterns and
3D effects and such.  If you are wondering why many of them are blue, it
is because blue has the most shades available to draw with.

To use this set, just type:
   MAHJONGG {options} -uoptical.til
