License Agreement
        
                             Sedt Editor Version 4.1
        
                By  this    agreement    LICENSOR,  Anker  Berg-Sonne,  8
        Middlemost Way,  Stow,  MA  01775, hereby grants you, LICENSEE, a
        source license for PRODUCT, Sedt version 4.1.
        
                This  license grants LICENSEE EITHER  the  right  to  use
        PRODUCT on any number of systems  that  PRODUCT  may be installed
        on, OR to install PRODUCT on one  system  and have it used by any
        number of persons, but only one person may  use  PRODUCT  at  any
        point in time.
        
                LICENSEE may distribute binary copies of PRODUCT to other
        parties, but must inform the other party that use of PRODUCT must
        be licensed by LICENSOR.
        
                LICENSEE  agrees to provide  all  modifications  made  by
        LICENSEE to LICENSOR in addition to binary copies of PRODUCT.
        
                LICENSOR  retains title and ownership of Sedt and all the
        files included in the original distribution.  All source code and
        documentation is also protected by U.S. copyright law.
