    This replacement version of COMM.DRV corrects the problem with Xon/Xoff
    flow control in Windows Versions 2.10 and 2.11. 
   
    COMM.DRV was obtained from CompuServe in the SoftLibs library within
    the MSAPP Forum.   Type GO MSAPP from the CompuServe Prompt.

    To Install this Driver:
       
        Make a backup of your original windows distribution disk that
        contains the file COMM.DRV.

        Copy this replacement driver to the backup disk that you have
        just made.

        Re-Install Windows using this backup disk.
