Ventura Publisher 3.0 Windows 11/90 Patch

The enclosed disk contains modified files which will allow you
to:

    Use Ventura Publisher on your local drive while attached to a
    Local Area Network.

    Display scalable screen fonts.

    Print solid black rules near the edge of the page on
    Hewlett-Packard LaserJet printer.

    Print spot color overlays correctly.
   
    Correct miscellaneous problems in the hyphenation.

Please note:

    This patch is for Ventura Publisher 3.0 Windows Edition       
    *ONLY* and will not work with previous or other versions of   
    Ventura Publisher. It does not constitute an executable copy  
    of Ventura Publisher.

    You do not need these files if the .DLL files in your         
    directory are dated after 7/30/90


Installing the Patch:

    Copy these files into your \VENTURA subdirectory. They will   
    overwrite and replace files of the same name with an earlier  
    creation date. 

    Delete the USER.WFT file in your \VENTURA subdirectory

    Be sure to run any application that modifies your WFNTLOOK.UP 
    again after you replace it with the patched file e.g.
    Lasermaster. 

    To run Ventura Publisher on your local drive while attached   
    to a LAN you should not install your serial number as a       
    Network Node Seat.
