WALPAPER FILES FOR
                             WINDOWS  3.0

These wallpaper files are the complements of JSSJ Software, makers of
VGA Roulette, VGA Fun Pak, M18 Colf Course Manager and the "NEW" Mah Jongg
3.3 Tile Set Manager.

They were created by using Bob Montgomery's VPIC Picture Viewer Program
to convert .GIF files to PCX files (using the Z conversion option).  The
resulting PCX files were then read into the Windows 3.0 Paintbrush program
and immediately saved as .BMP files, by selecting the SAVE AS option and 
then selecting the 256 color bitmapped choice from the options dialog box.

The process is somewhat time consumming, sometimes does not work because
of non-standard palettes in some GIF files, but worth it when it does work.
