                                 AGREEMENT

This software is licensed (not sold).  It is not public domain.  It is dis-
tributed under the shareware concept.  You are granted a limited license to
use this software for a short evaluation period.  If  you  wish to continue
to  use this software after the evaluation period,  you  must  register  by
sending $15.00 to the address below.  Kansas residents please add  5% sales
tax.

This  software  is  licensed on as "as is" basis.  Software Applications of
Wichita and the author make no express or implied warranties with regard to
this software, including  merchantability,  fitness for any purpose or non-
infringement of  patents, copyrights or other proprietary rights of others.
Software Applications of Wichita and the author shall have no  liability or
responsibility  for damages of any kind,  including  special,  indirect  or
consequential  damages,  arising  out  of  or resulting from  any  program,
services, or materials made available  hereunder or the use or modification
thereof.

You may produce any number of executable code programs for profit  for dis-
tribution  with  this  software without royalties to the author or Software
Applications of Wichita.

You may not  modify  the  code  and  redistribute it to other users without
express written permission of Software Applications of Wichita.    You may,
however, distribute the unaltered  code  without  profit to others provided
they are provided with and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

The license applies to the  original  copy  of  this  software  as  well as
updated  versions  which  may  be  made  available  from  time  to time  on
Compuserve's Borland Forum.    Neither the author nor Software Applications
of  Wichita is obligated to provide updated versions  or  notices  of  cor-
rections.    Neither  the  author  nor Software Applications of Wichita  is
obligated to provide any kind of support services.



I  have  read  the Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.  I further
agree that this  Agreement  represents the complete and exclusive agreement
between me and Software Applications of Wichita (including the author).
