WinCLI is a Windows 3.0 program that creates a DOS like prompt from
which you can launch DOS & Windows (!!!) programs.  Of course like
all good prompts you can also copy, delete, rename, files and more!
WinCLI is only 35Kb and since you can run multiple windows you'll
hardly waste any memory, something DOS prompts love to do!  WinCLI
works in all modes so a 286 can also run a prompt in a window, no
more full screen DOS!

Version 1.20 corrects a problem caused by my leaving the
program execution code in comments!  Sorry all!

Version 1.10 corrects a few bugs and adds a variety of features,
including the ability to change fonts & colors.  The help system
has also been improved.  WinCLI is now over 50% smaller and only
loads in whatever code it needs.
