       Program SPEAK.EXE demonstrates DECtalk Software for the Windows NT (TM)
  Operating System. DECtalk Software provides an easy to use Application
  Programming Interface (API) so your applications can speak.

       This version of program has been modified so that only file DEMO.TXT
  may be loaded. Files DECTALK.DIC and DEMO.TXT MUST be in the same directory
  as program SPEAK.EXE.
