MOGLE is Intergraph's MicroStation OpenGL Engine, an accelerator for the MicroStation graphics
pipeline and can achieve up to 120 times the rendering speed of MicroStation.

The utilities included are:
	mogle.ma	MDL application responsibile for load MOGLE
	mogle.dll	DLL that provide the accelerated path to OpenGL
	mogle.bat	Batch file to initiate a demo script to compare performance differences.
	config.exe	Windows dialog for adjusting various MOGLE configuration parameters
	remove.exe	MOGLE remove utility
