ACCESS APPLICATION LAUNCHER LICENSE

GRANT OF LICENSE. MR. MUNSON (Jon C. Munson II) grants to you, the end user, the right to use the Access Application Launcher application.  (Known as the "SOFTWARE".) The SOFTWARE may be distributed to others, provided that the SOFTWARE is redistributed in its original unmodified form, complete with all files, and no fee is charged for such distribution except for reasonable media and shipping charges.

DISTRIBUTION. The user has the right to reproduce and distribute the SOFTWARE in its original unmodified form, complete with all files.  This right includes the
distribution of the runtime module of the SOFTWARE, provided that the user:
(a) includes a valid copyright notice on the software product; and (b) agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the copyright holder against any claims or lawsuits, including attorney's fees, that arise from the use or distribution of SOFTWARE. 

COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE is owned by MR. MUNSON and is protected by copyright
laws and international treaty provisions.  Therefore you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording), except that you may copy and redistribute the SOFTWARE in accordance with this license.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS. You may not RENT or LEASE the SOFTWARE. You may not reverse engineer, de-compile or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except to the extent law expressly prohibits such restriction. Except as described above, you may not legally copy or distribute the SOFTWARE (which includes the documentation, object code and supporting programs), in whole or in part. The copyright holder reserves all rights not specifically granted.

NO WARRANTY. The SOFTWARE is provided "AS-IS", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the performance of the programs is with the user. MR. MUNSON does not warrant that the operation of the programs will be uninterrupted or error-free. MR. MUNSON assumes no responsibility or liability of any kind for errors in the programs or documentation, or for the consequences of any such errors. Should the SOFTWARE prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall MR. MUNSON or his
suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, with limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability of MR. MUNSON's product, even if MR. MUNSON has been advised of such damages. The laws of the state of Minnesota govern this agreement.
