INTRODUCTION:
The ManEng Reserve program is a tool which can be used to
calculate Capital Reserves (Reserve Funds).  The program is very
flexible and easy to use. Documentation is provided through a
formal printed Manual.

Please note that there is NO HELP file associated with the program
other than the printed Manual.

The program requires as a minimum a Windows 95-486 computer with 16 Megs of
Internal Memory with at least 5 Megs of HardDisk space available.
The program is designed for 256 colors but will work on 16 colors.

LIMITED WARRANTY & CONTRACT:
The limited warranty contract is available for review during the
installation of the program.  Make sure you read it and that it is
acceptable to you.  The act of installing the software is taken as 
a direct acknowledgment of the limited warranty contract acceptance.

INSTALLATION:
The installation of the ManEng Reserve program is extremely simple.
Just follow the steps below.

Installation from Disks:
Step 1 - Turn on your computer to start-up "Windows 95".
Step 2 - Insert Disk No.1 into your drive.
Step 3 - From the "Start" button choose "Run".
Step 4 - In the space provide type " a:\install.exe "
         or " b:\install.exe ".
Step 5 - Follow the instruction on the screen.

Installation from a DownLoad file:
Step 1 - Obtain a copy of the download file.
         The file will be in Zip format.
Step 2 - Create a temporary directory in your HardDrive and
         decompress the zip file into the temporary directory.
Step 3 - Execute the " install.exe " file and follow the
         instruction.
Step 4 - You can delete the temporary directory.

The ManEng Reserve program cost $39.95 + Shipping and Handling
Charges (Canadian Funds).  When ordering from the United States
you will be billed through your credit card in the equivalent US
Dollars using that day's exchange rate.

program. YOU MUST CALL US FIRST to obtain a Return Order Number.
All returns must have this Return Order Number or we will simply
return the package to you.  Your money back guarantee includes the

SHAREWARE:
The Shareware Version of the program is fully operation with the
exception that you are limited to the number of Commom Elements
and Adjustments.  The Finacial Calculator remains fully active.

KNOWN PROBLEMS:
Some newer computers have a built in function (in their BIOS)
which puts to sleep the HardDrive and also turns off the screen
(snooze). The ManEng Program has problems with these energy saving
functions so you should turn them off (see your computer manual).
Normal screen savers are OK.

FOREIGN USERS: Although we ask you not to send cash through the
mail, We understand that it is expensive to send international
money orders. We will, therefore, accept cash from foreign users,
but I cannot be responsible if, for some reason, the money fails
to arrive. 

CORPORATIONS:
Corporations that wish to have multiple copies of the program can
fax us to obtain a site license.  We can negotiate at that time to
determine a reasonable cost.

ManEng Reserve may be freely distributed, so long as the whole 
whole package is distributed and is not sold for profit and 
the passwords are not distributed. Express permission is granted
to on-line services and other shareware/public domain distribution
avenues to carry ManEng Reserve.

REMOVING THE PROGRAM:
Should you wish to remove the installed program, you just simply
delete the "Reserve" directory from your hardrive.  No other
program has been installed.  The Reserve Program is in your root
directory of the C: Drive.
You will also have to remove the program links from the Start
Button by using the Task Bar program.  See your computer user
manual.
