   This application produces closing price / Volume charts
      from .SEZ format data files.
   The upper chart is the Price/ Volume plot for the selected company
   the lower Graph shows the Average Price change and volume,
   for the entire Data file (ie entire market performance)
   
   ZOOM IN; you can zoom in on the graph by clicking the LEFT mouse
   button , the graph will be resized and optimised for the period
   being displayed
   
   ZOOM OUT; Zoom out by clicking the RIGHT mouse button
   
   ## SETUP  - PERIOD 
     Select to change chart period, the FROM date is the first date
     for the chart being produced, the TO date is the last date.
     Note:  TO date can not be after the Newest date in data base
            and From date can not be before the Oldest date
   
   ## SETUP - DataBase 
     Enter the DIRECTORY where the ascii (SEZ format)  data files
     are stored.  ie C:\STOCKS 
     Enter the Extension of the file names eg if the Files are 
     named "970101.asx", "19970102.asx" then the EXTENSION =  ASX
     or if they are  "19970101.TXT"  then the Extension = TXT
   
   ## CHART - new 
      A List of Company codes extracted from the newest data File 
      is displayed, Select or enter a code to produce a chart for
      the period selected in SETUP- PERIOD
   
   ## Chart - Market 
      Plots the average price change and volume for the Period slected
      in SETUP - PERIOD
      Note: The Market is automatically plotted along with any company
      selected via CHART- NEW
   
   
   
   >> Volume : Shows the volume (in 100s) for selected company for the
           day at the mouse pointer
           { * full version only * }
           Company Volume is YELLOW on the chart
           Market Volume is PURPLE
   

   >> Market : The average percentage change in price from open to close
              for every company in the data file for that day
              Market is BLACK on the chart
   
   >> Open : The opening price in dollars
            Open price is RED on the chart   
   
   >> Close: The closing price in dollars
            Not shown on chart  
   
   >> % :    This shows the percentage change between the closing price 
             { * full version only * }
             and the previous days' closing price
   
   >> Date:  The date of the selected day is displayed on the left side
             of the data window
