Digital Suggestion Box Version 2.0  (Retail Store Version)

PURPOSE:

Digital Suggestion Box was written for use on a retail store demo computer to give 
customers a real test program to try while giving the store manager customer feedback.
It allows customer and/or store personnel input, allows others to search/add information 
about the suggestion, lets someone take the suggestion for action and allows feedback
to the customer on results of suggestions.  When finished, the suggestion can be 
archived.  It was designed on the premise that lack of feedback to customers on their 
suggestions kills many good suggestion programs, so it stresses a two way flow of 
communication.  

INSTALLATION:

1.  Run exe file to expand required files into whatever temporary directory you choose.
2.  Run Setup.exe file to install.
3.  Follow directions in Setup.  Program will install itself.
4.  Initial USER ID is MANAGER.  Initial PASSWORD is MANAGER.

UNINSTALL:

1.  Choose program to delete from Windows 95 Add/Delete Programs screen.
2.  Delete installation directory in Windows Explorer.

STATUS:

Program is Shareware.  Registered version includes a USER MANAGEMENT program and the 
latest release.

DISTRIBUTION:

Free distribution is encouraged, but user must agree not to alter, rename, or reverse 
engineer DLL's included with this program.
