Software Inventory 97 Enterprise Edition package.

All references to "author" refer to myself, Daniel M. Rose.
All references to "software" or "program" refer to Software Inventory 97
Enterprise Edition.

USE LICENSE:
By using this software package you must adhere to the following:

1. You may use this software on one standalone computer or a single node of a
   networked computer.  Unauthorized use of this software is a violation of
   this agreement and could result in legal action.

2. The software package must be installed as a complete package.
   
3. You may freely distribuse this software as long as it is distributed as a
   complete package.  Distribution outside of the United States of America is
   permitted.
   
4. Licensee shall not rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
   reverse engineer, or otherwise alter the licensed program.  Any such
   unauthorized action will terminate this license and could result in legal
   action.

5. This software package may be included as part of another package, and may
   be included in any commercial software packaging offer without a written
   agreement from the author.  Distribution outside of the United States of
   America is permitted.

6. U.S. Government information:  Use, duplication, or the computer software
   and documentation in this package shall be subject to the restricted rights
   applicable to commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)
   (3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 252
