97 Professional Edition.

The terms "software" and "program" will refer to "Software Inventory 97

The author hereby authorizes on-line distribution of the software package.

Online services may distribute this software package outside the United
States of America.
            
The software package - including all related program and documentation
files - CANNOT be modified in any way (other than that mentioned in the
following paragraph) and must be distributed as a complete package.

Many online services customarily add a small text file (advertisement) to
each archived file.  This method of mentioning your service is acceptable
and may be used, provided the software package is otherwise unmodified and
complete.

You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
reverse engineer, or transfer the software package except as provided in
