This is program designed for companies offering an hot-line service.
The problem is to keep under control the amount of time spending on
the line for each customer. May be they want to charge to the customers
the hot line service. This program is made to manage all that, and
to manage the recording of the hot line calls and the direct operation 
of the technicians.
The main functions of the program are: 
- Customers archive management. 
- Automatic insertion of the calls records in the archive, with very
  few operations by the operator
- Management of the operations of the technicians (if there are)
- Hot-line calls archive management
- Statistics on customers calls
- If they want to charge the hot-line service, the programs manage
  the advance payment of the service and calculate automatically the
  use of the "tokens" purchased (1 token = 6 minutes of service)

To install the program, unzip the file in a temp directory and run setup.exe.
