this program encodes and decodes regular uu and base64
types of files. you need the dos programs uu.exe, uue.exe,
decode64, and encode64. if you don't have these you can
use similar dos programs if you rename the exe's to the
above. this program is very useful when decoding multiple
image files from the internet newsgroups/message areas.

to install in win95 or nt 4.x click on START then RUN

to install in win 3.x (with win32s drivers) or win nt 3.x click
