BT Prices Update

Recently BT lowered two of their phone call prices.
If you are installing this program for the first time
you can ignore this message.

If you are upgrading, and you are on BT, be sure to go 
to the configuration screen and click "Insert BT 
Defaults" to update the prices. This is because the 
program will pick up your previous settings, and will 
not automatically update the prices.
