Unregistered Use
The user agrees to register FlashScreens with the author if the user
continues use of the program after 30 days. Use of the program after
the 30 day trial is prohibited.

Upgrade Policy
Registered users of FlashScreens are entitled to all minor 
upgrades and revisions of the program (i.e. versions 5.3 - 5.9) at no 
cost. Due to the author's budget constraints minor upgrades, 
revisions, and bug fixes will only be available via e-mail or 
download from the web unless some other agreement is reached 
between the user and the author. The author reserves the right to 
determine the availability, price and/or discount for registered users 
for major version changes of FlashScreens.

License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before 
using this software. Your use of this software indicates your 
acceptance of this license agreement.

  MULTIPLE registered copies of FlashScreens may be used by
ONE person on one or more computers (such as a desktop 
computer and a portable computer). 
  MULTIPLE individuals may use ONE registered copy of 
FlashScreens if the multiple individuals share ONE 
computer.
  A registered copy of FlashScreens may NOT be shared across 
a network by MULTIPLE users. Unless some other agreement is 
reached between the administrator and the author, individual 
licenses for EACH computer on the network must be obtained 
from the author.

All individuals using FlashScreens agree to the terms of this 
licensing agreement.

This program may not be used or distributed for profit. This program 
may also not be distributed on a large scale by universities or some 
other institution or organization without the knowledge and consent 
of the author.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New 
York.

Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE 
SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO 
PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER 
WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO 
WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS 
OFFERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE 
FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT 
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PERFORMANCE OR USE 
OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN 
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
