WELCOME TO HIT-N-RUN 1.0

Hit-N-Run is an add-on utility program for WINDOWS 95 that allows fast 
and easy access to your program groups and an application launch pad. 
Hit-N-Run also includes other features such as application rerun, 
searching, and drag and drop operation.  Please see the help for 
more information about Hit-N-Run's advanced features.

NOTE: This program is certified to operate under WINDOWS 95 ONLY.

This version of Hit-N-Run is a 30-day evaluation edition. If within the 
30-day evaluation period you do not choose to register your version, 
please remove Hit-N-Run from your system using the instructions in the
section of this document titled "UN-INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS".  FAILURE TO 
COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS IS A VIOLATION OF THE US COPYRIGHT LAWS.

1.  DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS

This trial edition of Hit-N-Run can be freely distributed any party 
providing that the following conditions are met:

A.  The entire contents of this Hit-N-Run zip file must be distributed: 
    including README.TXT, HITNRUN.EXE, and HITNRUN.HLP.

B.  The above-mentioned files cannot be altered in any way.

C.  The party distributing this software must not represent the above-
    mentioned files as their own property.

D.  The distributor cannot charge a fee above and beyond the cost of
    distribution media or services.

3.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
----------------------------------------

A.  Create a new directory for Hit-N-Run, and copy all files contained
    within this archive to this new directory.

B.  Create a Windows 95 link from any program group folder to 
    HITNRUN.EXE, located in the directory that you created in step A.

C.  Copy this link to your Startup folder if you would like HIT-N-Run
    to startup automatically when you boot Windows 95.

D.  If you would like to launch/surface Hit-N-Run from anywhere in 
    Windows 95 using a hotkey, edit the Properties of the link
    created in step 2, and set the ShortCut Key as to the desired
    hotkey combination.

4.  UN-INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

A.  Remove the directory where you installed Hit-N-Run in step 1 of
    the installation instructions above.

B.  Remove all links to HitNRun.exe.

C.  Delete HitNRun.Ini from your Windows directory
