Important

Save your icon layout before you install any new software, for example IE4 or Office 97, a new version of Windows, or a shell extension, and before you move the task bar or any application bar. SL is designed especially for that purpose. Include the .sl file in your backup to always be on the save side. You can even exchange the layout between Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 or different PCs!


Usage

To save your layout, double-click the file 'layout1.sl' on your desktop.
To restore, right click 'layout1.sl' and select 'Restore Layout'.


Command Line Options

SL /S PATH          Save desktop icon layout to PATH
SL /R PATH          Restore desktop icon layout from PATH
