Description:
HtmlChat is a Win95 application that generates html to create
font effects for posting text on the web.  The generated html
can be used in web chatrooms, or on your webpages.

To use HtmlChat you simply type your text, select various font
properties like size, face, table, blink, etc.  Select 2-5 colors
you want to create a fondblend effect and that's it, the program
generates the html.  The font properties settings can be saved to 
disk, so once you choose the settings you like, you can load those
settings from disk at a later time.

You can also assign and organize phrases or frequently used pieces
of html to an unlimited number of macro buttons.

Installation:
1. Unzip to any directory, using Winzip, PKZip, etc.

2. From within Windows 95, run "htmlch21.exe".

3. To run, click "Start", then "Programs", then "HTML Chat 2.1".
