This file provides information for Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors
who wish to distribute the File Dog 1.2 package, including suggested 
program descriptions and keywords.

                             Distribution

This document authorizes you to distribute File Dog in any quantity, or
by any means, as long as the following conditions are met.
    1)  You must distribute the entire File Dog package which includes
    all files.  These files must not be modified in any way.
    2)  You must NOT charge anything for distributing File Dog.  A small
    charge for a CD or mailing is okay, but no part of that should be 
    considered as payment toward a File Dog user license.


                      Obtaining the Latest Version

Before distributing File Dog please verify that you have the latest
version.  The latest version is always available on the File Dog

                         Suggested Description

File Dog is an fully automated software program that lets you easily 
download files from, or send files to internet servers during off-peak 
hours.  The fact is the internet is busy, and getting busier, and
