Xara Ltd plug-in

Installation: run the file npxarac.exe. This will install the npxarac.dll
plug-in in your browser's plug-in directory, and two support modules in
your System directory.

This is a plug-in for MSIE or NN, for viewing Flare format vector files.
Flare is a compact vector format designed by Xara Ltd specifically for
use on the web.

The Flare plug-in is freeare, and may be freely distributed.
