    NewsSniffer is a highly automated offline Newsreader created with
    the aim of making the use of the Usenet as easy and cheap as possible.
    Here are some features:
    - Automatic download of headers and articles from different newsservers
    - Definition of rules for automatic selection of articles for downloading
    - Scheduling of automatic downloading at any desired time
    - Automatic decoding of encoded articles

    Just start the exe file.
