Stratesave is a State of the Art network backup program,
backing up your Windows PCs and storing the backups on
a UNIX or OpenVMS server.

Define your backup plan once with the comfortable Macro Editor.
The backup plan will contain backup descriptions for daily, weekly, 
monthly etc. backups, each of which can be stored on different media
(fixed disk directories, tapes or removable disks).
Once the "brain work" (which is not that hard) is done, every day
backups become very easy. They can be started with a mouse click, or
start can be set at specific time of day.

All executed backups are listed in Log on server, so there is no need
to remember when the backups were made or where they are stored.
Restore program finds the backups all by itself, and prompts you for the
necessary tapes (which each have a name).

Other useful features include checksum protection of backed up files,
compression, registry backup, restore disk (allowing restoration without
reinstalling Stratesave after a PC crash), and lots more.
