 program is freeware and may be distributed freely around the world.  However, you may
not decompile the program and use the code for other programs under any circumstances.  The author
retains all rights to the ownership of the photos and base code.

This program is specifically designed for use with the following :

                   486 DX Computer
 		   16 bit True Colour Monitor and Video Card
		   800 x 600 Resolution

Anything less than this will effect the way the program will operate.

To run the program do the following :

		
               Step 1.  Select the Run Command
 
	       Step 2.  Type -   c:\elliot\elliot.exe
