POW! (Programmers Open Workbench) is an integrated development
environment for Oberon-2, the object-oriented successor of Pascal,
running on Win3.1x, Win95 and NT 4.0. It is independent from the
Oberon System, the usage is similar in style to Borlands Turbo Pascal.

Main features:

* creates native Windows stand-alone executables (both .EXE and .DLL)
* has a library for simple user interaction especially suitable
  for teaching purposes
* allows direct access to the entire Windows API
* built in syntax sensitive editor
* context sensitive help for Oberon-2 and the libraries
* includes a garbage collector which can also be used when programming
  on the API level
* project management
