License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by SRL Development, your use of this software 
indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
warranty.

For information on distributing the shareware evaluation version
of DFM/95 see the section titled "Shareware License" below.

Registered Version

 Each registered copy of DFM/95 may be used at a single 
 workstation, subject to the following condition:

 * A separate registered copy of DFM/95 must be
   obtained for each workstation on which DFM/95 will be 
   used, even if such use is only temporary.  
   This is not a "concurrent use" license.


All rights not expressly granted in this license agreement are
reserved entirely to SRL Development.


Disclaimer of Warranty

Users of DFM/95 must accept this disclaimer of warranty:
DFM/95 is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, 
expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties 
of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes 
no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result 
from the use of DFM/95.


Shareware License

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use the
shareware evaluation version of DFM/95 for evaluation 
purposes without charge for a period of 1 month.  If you use this 
software after the 1 month evaluation period a registration fee 
is required, as described in the DFM/95 order form 
(see on-line help).  Unregistered use of DFM/95 after 
the 1 month evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and 
international copyright laws.

Distribution of DFM/95

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the shareware
evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish;
give exact copies of the original shareware version to anyone; and
distribute the shareware version of the software and documentation
in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge
for any of the above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
(commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
