NORBERT COMMANDER (NCOM)

Norbert Commander is a file/document managment software which has
some simularities with the Norton Commander (Symmantec) known from
the DOS age. But it goes beyond by introducing long file names
even in MS-Windows 3.x and a template menu. Thus, NCOM can be used 
as main document management system. NCOM does not depend on the use 
of the mouse and is thus very usefull for Notebook computers on the 
road where operating a mouse is a pain. In V2.3, some bugs of V2.1
have been repaired and after using and debugging NCOM for more than 
half a year there should not be many more left.
