this progam automatically loads at startup and will
help prevent other users from using your computer.
if the password isn't correctly typed in by the 3rd
time, windows restarts.  
when you first run the program select EDIT, 
SET_PASSWORD and pick a password (case sensitive).
when the password is correctly typed in the program
closes and you can use windows.

to install in win95 or nt 4.x click on START then RUN

setup

to install in win 3.x (with win32s drivers) or win nt 3.x click
FILE then RUN

setup
