blackboard encrypt interface is an windows interface
for PGP encryption.  it easily encrypts entire directories
and their subdirectories.  there's also an option to 
backup to floppy or multiple floppies. You must have
PGP for DOS and either winzip or pkzip.

to install in win95 or nt 4.x click on START then RUN

setup

to install in win 3.x (with win32s drivers) or win nt 3.x click
FILE then RUN

setup

this software is shareware and can be freely distributed.
