1. Using CoolWake
CoolWake allows you to set yourself any number of
one-off or daily alarms.  CoolWake Alarms can play
CDs and .Wav files as well as launch other programs.
(Hey, a lot more pleasant than the usual...)

CoolWake also lets you type yourself a list of
reminders which it shows you when the alarm goes 
off.

To set a one-off alarm:
   * Select the day from the calendar
   * Use the arrows to next/previous months
   * Pick the time using the Hour and Minute sliders
   * Click the Properties Tab to set the properties for
     alarm.
	- The Alarm can play CD and/or .Wav files.  It can
          also launch another program.
        - Indicate which feature(s) you want the Alarm to use
          by clicking the Use XXX CheckBoxes on.
        - For CDs you can select the starting track using the
          slider, for .Wavs and .Exes you can use the Browse
          Buttons to locate the file path.
        - Type any reminders in the Reminders box.
   * Press Set! button when done.
   * You can cancel the alarm using the Cancel button.
   * When the alarm goes off, a dialog with two buttons
     is presented.  Click the Snooze button to wait
     another 5 minutes in silence, or press the Awake
     button to stop alarm.

To set a daily alarm:
   * Click the 'Use Daily' check box on.
   * Follow the same steps as for the one-off alarm, except for
     picking a day (alarm works every day).
