Installation:
Run the Setup program.
(The user must have file "VB40032.DLL". This file may be obtained from various sites on the internet.)

Purpose:
EZTimer  is a count up/count down timer (5 minutes for the unregistered version, 100 hours for the registered version).

Status:
EZTimer is distributed as Shareware.

Known bugs:
1.	EZTimer will stop running if its window is dragged to a new location.
2.  	EZTtimer will "lose time" when run with 16-Bit applications (use with 32-Bit apps only).
