Description/Purpose
===================
ViewBar is a multithreaded text file viewer implemented as an
Application Desktop Toolbar, like the Windows 95 taskbar.
It has an integrated file viewer/editor, file finder and
grep (find text patterns in specified files) utility, which
all run in their own user interface threads.  It also
supports Windows 95 file type associations, so non text files
which have a file association defined for their extension may
also be viewed with other external viewers.
Viewbar also provides a tasklist of currently open viewers
allowing quick access to all open files.
Also included source for a GUI Win32 version of GNU Grep V2.

Installation
============
Unzip VwBar101.zip, prefarably using a windows 95 compatible unzipper such
as WinZip which supports long file names, then run SETUP.EXE.
The program will install OK with normal PkZip, but some of the Grep source
files will have to be copied by hand.

Distribution and Status
=======================
Freeware
(GNU copyleft applies to GNU Grep source ie you must
distribute the source with the program, or any other program
in which you use the GNU Grep source).
