                 VER          -- version & available parameters

                 SOUND        -- toggles sound ON/OFF
                 DEL          -- deletion  (help screen)
                 UNINSTALL    -- uninstall (help screen)
                 INSTALL      -- install/upgrade process
                 REGISTER     -- registration/re-registration process

                             EZBatch INSTALLATION


            what to do                          example commands

1) Change to the location of EZB-103.ZIP  ----  CD\DOWNLOADS

2) UNZIP the EZB-103.ZIP to ANY floppy. ------  PKUNZIP EZB-103.ZIP  A:  (enter)

3) LOG from your hard disk to the floppy. ----  A:  (enter)

4) Run the INSTALL process from the floppy. --  EZBATCH INSTALL  (enter)

5) Add a line to your "AUTOEXEC.BAT" file       \
       if you want EZBATCH to come up each       |
       time you boot your system.                |   use a text editor

6) Add (if necessary) "C:\EZBATCH" to your path  |   for these steps.
       in your "CONFIG.SYS" file  and then       |
       REBOOT the system.                       /
