Feathernet BBS v3.32 Upgrade Instructions

        To upgrade from v3.xx to v3.32 just run "fncfg.exe" in each node
        directory and edit each parameter.  Then save the configuration.

        Be sure to overwrite all '.exe' and '.com' files.

        Note the requirement in the documentation and in the 'fncfg.exe'
        setup program to utilize additional batch files for the message
        archive function if you 'shell' to protocols and archive manipulations.

        Also replace any of these files with the ones in the '.zip' file(s).

        fnet.scr


        If you are upgrading from a version 2.xx you need a special
        conversion package available from Feathernet.
