You can now run hlist.exe with a command line pointing to a user defined
hlist.cfg file.

If you want to use a different file list other than the normal files.bbs
(ie for cd rom use), just put the complete path and filename after your 
title but separate it with a comma like this...

   drive:\path\ YOUR TITLE TEXT,drive:\path\files_bbs_name.ext
