Running the New Year Backup runs a file called newyear.bat

        In it you can put any backup commands you wish such as

        using Fastback Plus, the DOS backup command or a tape

        backup routine.

        A suggestion:  create an archive file with a program like

        ZIP of all the data files (*.dbf, *.ntx, *.dbt) and freshen it

        each day.  Freshen it at this point and copy it to an annual disk

        to be saved. You then automatically have a double backup - one

        on your hard disk and one on tape or floppy disk to take home

        as fire insurance.
