Running the Previous year Backup runs a file called oldyear.bat

        In it you can put any backup commands you wish such as using

        Fastback Plus, the DOS backup command or a tape backup routine.


        A suggestion:  create an archive file of the new previous year

        data files (fam##.*, hist##.*, proc##.*) where ## is the last 2 

        digits of the year ending and backup zip file. You then automatically

        have a double backup - one on your hard disk and one on tape or

        floppy disk to take home as fire insurance.
