 К     SETC10 and SC10 are a couple of simple, easy to use utilities for      К
 К     changing the Foreground, Background and Border colors on your VGA      К
 К     screen.  Why were they written?  After all, there are oodles of        К
 К     'set color' programs on most BBS'.  True.  First, I wrote these        К
 К     programs because they were suitable for checking out some Turbo        К
 К     Pascal 5.5 and 6.0 features I was interested in.  Second, it gave      К
 К     me a quick and easy means to experiment with the aesthetics of         К
 К     colors in screen design.  I guess, I have seen one too many screens    К
 К     with cyan foreground on brown with pink borders.                       К
