1.02  First true release.


1.03  Fix bug with /lf switch:  CPRT would double up the log file name.

      Fix bottom margin bug: Regaurdles of how big the bottom margin
      is the footer would still print on the second last line.  This
      was changed so the top/bottom margin will be the space between
      the edge of paper and the header/footer.  If there is know
      header/footer the margin will be to the first/last printable line
      of the document.

      Fix bug which cause CPRT to crash it to many tab are in one line.

1.04  Fixed the following:
      1) When using a wild card to print (i.e. *.c) CPRT would 
         somtimes print the last file twice.  
      2) When using the /lf switch, displaing the files being checked 
         wasn't always very graceful.

      Added a check for bad command line switchs with the option to
      continue or abort if a bad command was found.
