        Because differences exist in the rates at which various tape 
        counters  measure, I have provided locator references  based 
        upon  cumulative  tape  time.  This can  be  converted  into 
        "counter time" which must be developed upon each  individual 
        machine.
        
        NOTE: This course was recorded originally for commercial pur-
        poses and on the tape I may refer to a page # that was in the
        commercial text. In all cases just refer to the  page numbers
        listed below.
