The Message Center for Windows requires Windows 3.0 or higher to run, 
and also requires that you have VBRUN100.DLL in your Windows directory, 
or in the same directory from which TMCFW.EXE is to be run.  This copy 
of the Message Center for Windows is an 30 day EVALUATION copy.  There are
no limitations in the program, and you can use ALL areas and features of
both programs, as well as the help files for both Win 3.0 AND 3.1.
You have 30 days to decide whether you like it or not. By that time, we
expect you to either register the program, or discontinue it's use.
Registration info is available at the end of this file, or by choosing
Register from the File menu, once TMCFW is installed and running.

The Message Center for Windows creates any other files it needs. 

ALL WINDOWS USERS MUST....

Unzip this file to a CLEAN directory.  Copy THREED.VBX, SPIN.VBX, and 
CMDIALOG.VBX to your windows\SYSTEM directory.

--> ONLY WIN 3.0 USERS MUST COPY COMMDLG.DLL TO THEIR windows\SYSTEM dir.

Next, run TMCFW.EXE from either the Program Manager or File Manager, 
the copyright statement will appear, and then the TMCFW Setup screen.  Once
you have set up TMCFW, MONITOR will be set up too.  It is important to 
note, however, that the MONITOR only runs when TMCFW's password protection
is ENABLED!  We hope you enjoy TMCFW!

When Password Protection is ENABLED, there are two levels of users. Master
Access users (who can control all protions of the program, and Limited
Access users, who can only access their own messages, or messages of
those who have granted that person access.  Full details are in TMCFW's
help files.

All files should be in one directory on the server (in network setups) or
in their own directory on standalone machines.
